Classes

Are you worried about your exercise level, or you have an injury? Don't be! Our classes are available to everyone from beginner to advanced. Candice and Ray will demonstrate movements and alternatives for you to choose from so you are participating while getting the exact same benefits as everyone else.

Monday 6am / Functional Fitness / Ray

You can expect a 45 minute session. Starting with a well rounded warm up that gets the body nice and conditioned, ready to get into the session. Each session will be different. We may go straight into a heart pumping workout after the warm up. Or sometimes a small strength piece in between, focusing on targeted areas of the body and then finishing with a sweaty workout.

Tuesday 5.30am / Bootcamp / Candice

This will be a 45 minute session, featuring a Cardio focused warm up to get that heart pumping. Followed by a full body circuit, working on muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, with a stretch and cool down to finish.
