You'll also find a genuinely welcoming community of members who support each other — no judgement, just good people getting fit together.
What is a Technogym body scan and what does it measure?
Our Technogym body scan is a professional wellness assessment that goes far beyond a standard body composition check. It measures six key areas: Body Composition, Cardio, Balance, Strength, Mind, and Mobility. The result is your personal Wellness Age — a single score that shows how your body is performing relative to your actual age. Lower than your real age means you're above average. It's a powerful way to benchmark your health and track real progress over time.
